This is where we start the search process.  It is vital that we understand every aspect of your search. We  will meet with the hiring manager and as many stake holders as possible to get a detailed understanding of the opening and the required attributes and skills.
Our research team will gather market data of the target sectors to understand where the talent resides in the market. Within 24 hours, our recruiters will begin reaching out to all passive and active candidates identified.
Once a candidate has been throughly vetted for their technical skills, ability to communicate effectively, and their work history, they will be presented to you.  The initial resume feedback will help us to refine the search process further.
